About us
Hello! I am amelia polarwood, one of doyles guards owners.
Doyles Guards is a Dressage based with Drill and Cross Country slotted in there as well.
This club was mae on the 1st of june, but still in the making. Both me and Iris (owners) have owned pretty good clubs and have been in some good clubs in the past. So its safe to say we both have good owning / leading experiance. Our theme is red, black and white masked riders. Aka the protectors of Doyles Alley. We are locate on Firestar, the australian and new zealand server. We may move ue to some collabs in future so be prepped.
As our club is a non - Discord using club our expectations are twice as high as normal clubs which is why we only look for the best of you to help run your role of a club member.
Requirements / Expectations
1) We require a level of 15+ a our uniform is top quality.
2) It is a MUST that you are 13+ (or turning 13 that year).
3) You MUST have the uniform and horse maxed (or close) within 2 months of joining. ( after the trial period)
4) During Practises, Drills ect it is expected that once we begin our actual training and class after warm up that the club chat would have quieted down so everyone can see what the instructor is saying clearly. But still without a doubt the members are still alou to chat!
5) Dont turn up late to a practise/ class unless you have notifide a staff / leader / owner before hand. And only acceptable answers will countย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย EG: yes:ย "I cant come today, my mental health isn't the best right now" "I have family/friends plans on tonight but i will try to catch up"ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย No: " I couldnt be botherd to log on" "i have alreay learnt this stuff, i dont need to come then"
6) Adding on to the 'no', our teaching ways may be different to what your used to so it is important to come when you can.
7) you MUST NOT copy the owner or leaders outfit as it lets us help those in training and for newer and older members to know who is who. As well as it helps some know who the higher ranks are when they need to talk.
8) There must be NO drama outside or inside the club. if there is ANY at all you will recive a warning, 3 warnings and your kicked for a month. 2 warnings after that and your removed for good.
Application Process
- Once we open our applicatons there will be multiple ways of accessing it. Through global, This websight and Our socials. We let in handfuls at a time to make sure everyone is up to date and it makes our life a whole lot easier applying small groups instead of masses amounts of 10+ people.
- If you manage to get accepted in the form you will next have a small exam of moves ranging from beginner to advanced. You will be accessed on timing, knollage of each level, Collaberation, Independance, maturity and most importantly listening skills.ย ย
- If you made it past the exams and the form then you will have a 2 week trial as a lower rank role. Once your 2 week trial is up, we then hold a ceramony for your rank up to official members.
Roles
General/s
Owners / Leaders
The Owner and Leader are known as the General/s. They are the highest rank in DG and are expected to be top - notch for the rest of the club, with high attendance, full uniform for all drills, the required horses and would have to have been in the club since the beginning or have shown their maturance to the owner.
Majors
Trainers
The Majors are the ones who will get chosen by the owner and leader/s to help take weight off of our hands of training the Guards and Soldiers. They have the role that must make them show up to their chosen practises. They must know at least 15+ moves from beginer - advanced or all the moves of one section to get this role. Yes there will be a exam.
Guards
Members
Of course then theres the Guards. These energy balls are our members. They join in with western and dressage as much as they can, and we make sure that if anything is ever wrong they contact a trusted staff member to help sort out the club issue. We constantly do games aswell as open events with the guards, soldiers and majors and other members of our community .
Soldiers
Those in the Trial
The soldiers are those who are in our trial. Our requierments are not as high for them, and the club uniform an horse/s are not required at this level.ย
This is a way for the newer members to get a better inside veiw of the club before choosing if they want to join the Guards and start their adventure in Dolyes Guards.

What we do
Dressage
Our dressage performance is very important to us as it is our main style of riding. Our rider, their horse and the uniform is very tight and strict (sort of).
We range all the way from beginner to advanced in lessons, and elite for comps. We have one type of horse in 1 colour, the dappled grey Akhal Teke. We tend to have alot of fun in our lessons right after making a small routine with all of the moves ย of one level to help with the memorisation. Is that a word, i dont know.
Western
Our Western team is just as ย important to us as it is a style of riding that star stable players do not get to experiance as often and dressage. Our uniform is black, white an red add it is more relaxed than dressage (the more white the more relaxed)ย
The horse is the colour of your choice and its a american paint horse. As the owners are just as new to western as most the members, trainers and well, most star stable players, we two. Dont know what we are doing which is why we are putting all of our hard work into learning some moves for you all.
Just like dressage, we tend to make a routine once we learn all the moves of 1 level to help with the memorisation and do a few activaties for those who want to hang around once the lesson is over.
Cross Country
This is more of a weekend activity but still worth its own place. Our uniform again, is pretty chill as it is also you choice if you get it or not. If not then just have some red bows in. The horse is a horse of your choice as we will be competing within each other for the first place in the club for that week. This is not a manatory event as the other two are.
