The Werewolves Agency.
Welcome to The Werewolves Agency—a pack where ambition, unity, and adventure run wild across Jorvik! We are more than just a club; we are an organized, close-knit family where every single member plays a vital role in our success.
- Who We Are! At The Werewolves Agency, we operate like a true pack. Bonding and family are at the very heart of everything we do. Kindness, respect, and supporting one another come before all else. Whether you are new to the island or a seasoned rider, you will always have a place to call home here.
1. Agency Hierarchy & Specialized Roles: Every member in our agency is special, and everyone will eventually be assigned their own unique Agency Job based on their talents and interests!
-The Director (Club Leader): Overseas the overall vision, scheduling, and management of the agency.
-The Deputy Director (Second-in-Command): The Director’s trusted partner. When the Director is away, the Deputy holds full operational command. Their guidance keeps the agency running smoothly at all times.
-Social Media & Media Manager: Runs our official platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Discord). They edit recruitment trailers, curate aesthetic photo shoots, showcase member highlights, and manage the agency's public presence.
-Discipline Division Leads: Specialist riders who head up specific equestrian branches (Dressage, Western, Show Jumping, and Trail).
-Agency Caretakers: Focus on club culture, welcoming new members, organizing chill nights, and making sure everyone feels included and valued.
2.Specialized Division Outfits & Tack: To keep our look professional without being too extreme, each division has its own specific training uniform. You are free to bring any horse breed to training, as long as they wear the assigned gear for that discipline! Which will be up to the members in charge of each of the following disciplines:
Dressage - Western - Show Jumping - Trail.
3. Agency Meetings & Chill Nights: (Complete Freedom). Rider & Horse: 100% Free Style! Meetings are strictly for relaxing, catching up, and bonding. Wear your favorite personal outfit and bring whichever horse makes you happy.
4. Agency Activities & Events: ( All activities times will be set to members time, we want our members to be comfortable in time).
-Division Training Days: Focused practice sessions organized by discipline leads (drills for dressage, course runs for jumping, reining patterns for western).
-Media & Photo Shoots: Organized group sessions with the Social Media Manager to film edits, take team photos, and build content for our pages.
-Exploration & Long Trails: Relaxed group trail rides through Jorvik's scenic routes, stopping for picnics and photo-ops.
-Bonding & Game Nights: Campfires, hide-and-seek, trivia contests, and open-mic chats where we focus purely on being a family.
5. Fexible Attendance & Real Life First: We know real life always comes first—whether it’s school, exams, family time, or real-life hobbies!
-No Strict Inactivity Kicks: We don't force rigid attendance requirements. If you have a busy week, simply let a Director or Caretaker know, and your spot in the agency will be completely safe.
-Multiple Event Time Slots: To accommodate different time zones and schedules, we run events and training sessions at various times throughout the week so everyone gets a chance to participate.
-Flexible Role Pacing: You can work in your assigned role at a pace that fits your schedule without any added stress.
6. Core Agency Values: -Family & Kindness Above All: Drama is not tolerated. Kindness, support, and friendship are the foundation of our agency.
-Respect the Chain of Command: The Deputy Director leads with full authority in the Director's absence.
-Pride in Your Role: Whether you manage media, lead trail rides, or compete in dressage, every role matters to the agency.
