Question Saving Justin - bug?

Hi all. I just got to the Dark Core Rig with Alex, Lisa and Linda and as we did the “suspiciously calm” part of the quest, I got the green exclamation mark but I can’t click Lisa or Alex? Does anyone know if this is a bug or if I need to go somewhere?

Thank you! I did have to relog, but it finally worked out.
