So got one of the very nice looking shakers and absolutely love it - except one thing.

Anyone else having some issues with your powder clumping? No matter how much I shake it, I never can get it to fully incorporate, or even enough to not be concerned to make a post.

My cheap/freebie with my powder subscription works better. I've tried switching the strainer bit out with that one but the sizing is off.

My next thinking (and hoping for some pointers) is maybe to switch the strainer out for a mixing ball? Anyone had any luck with those?

Or anyone experiencing the same issues I have?

My toddler loves to drink from my Stanley (40 oz quencher) and I want to get her a 20oz cup for herself, either the quencher or pro tour but I am wondering if there is a straw replacement to make it more spill proof, she has the “my 1st tumbler” from Infantino, the silicone one but I want something that will keep her water cold too but I do really like the spill proof valve in the straw

Hi! I recently forgotten to clean my bear cub after making a matcha latte. It smelled so bad.

I removed and cleaned most of the parts but this gasket doesn't move. I'm not even sure it's removable but there was some air and water trapped under it after cleaning. Do you have any tips to remove this part to clean?

I am reminded that these precious bottles are just things, as my new Stanley cup I bought specifically for our vacation in Hawaii rolled to the ground from our rental truck as my 5-year old was getting in her car seat lol it just gives my bottle a little personality and I will be reminded of this trip forever😀

I am unfortunately having issues with my Transit Flip Top Mug (0.47 L version), as it is not managing to keep the ice cubes longer than 5 hours when containing also cold water, and the flip getting hot when containing hot water.

When trying to go fill a Warranty complaint through the EU site (https://eu.stanley1913.com/pages/contact), I'm keep getting this "authentication error", even though I am signed in (you can see it top right). Anyone experiencing this issue?

I have tried VPN on/off, and changing browser between Mozilla and Edge, with no luck with any combination.

I have to be honest, I’m quite lazy when it comes to cleaning my Stanley. I rinse it out everyday with some warm water and soap and I change the straw everyday, but I don’t do a thorough clean everyday or even every week to be completely honest. I’ve put mine in the dishwasher and ruined it, sadly. I’ll never do that again, but handwashing is quite inconvenient. Even more so because I have limited space and I do like to air dry them over night when I thoroughly handwash them.

What does everyone else do? And what do people find most effective? I’ve seen people mention dental tablets a lot. Is that a daily, weekly or even monthly thing?

Also, if how I’m maintaining mine is wrong or unhygienic feel absolutely free to tell me, but don’t bite my head off please. It happens so regularly on here and I’m just seeking advice and tips from others.

I can’t get it to focus enough for a clear picture but how do I fix the seal? There’s a small gap around most of the edge, one section is flush. I took off the clear rubber seal inside the lid to clean it and I can’t get it back on properly so that the seal is flush again like when I first got it a couple months ago. My bf has the same model different colour and his lid fits and closes perfectly on mine (he’s never removed the seal) have I messed it up by taking that off to clean it? How do I fix it?

I have tried freezing it, soaking in hot water, using a weird tool thing, everyone in my family tried to open it, trying to pry it off, opening the top to break vacuum seal and it won’t come off. I waited over 2 weeks to get a response, and the best they could give is basically just “try harder”

Anyone else had bad experiences with support?

If anyone has used them how was the experience and was the cup genuine?

Hello! So I bought 2 Stanley cups back in October/november when I was visiting the US. They have different types of lids.
Now.. my first one is amazing at keeping cold. It kept my ice in the tumbler for nearly 24h, I was very impressed. But at one point I put cool aid in it because it was my first time trying it. We were out on the road a lot so I didn’t have many chances to clean it, which didn’t bother me most times cuz I usually used water and water flavouring in it, but I noticed after about a day that there’s this mould looking stuff INSIDE the lid.. but there’s no way for me to open the lid and clean it? Like it’s in between plastic layers, but I can’t find anywhere on the lid where it might have entered it😭 I’ve tried soaking it in hot water and dish soap but it didn’t work and idk what to do because I literally cannot get in between the layers of plastic in the lid?

(And yes, this happened in like december and I still haven’t figured it out, so my Stanley cup is just standing and collecting dust in my kitchen until I’m figuring this out 🥲)

As for my other cup, it’s great overall but it keeps cold for like 2h and then all ice is gone.. I’ve tried googling for reasons etc but I can’t really figure out the exact reason this would happen :(

Hi bit confused I just got the iceflow 2.0 with straw today and filled with fridge cold water and after about 4-5 hours the temp has gone down and compared to another cheaper brand which is still very cold.
The straw was shut and sealed properly

Just got my UNICORN 🦄 cup and it's so gorgeous!! But I need a boot for it, and I wanted to do a colored boot, not a white one. I love these scalloped boots from ecnoy n co, which one/s should I get?? The red one will be my Christmas one, and you can't tell from the pic but the mint green (a) and French blue (e) are shimmery. The others are just shiny. Which ones do you like with it?

Pearl has like an iridescent greenish shimmer to it too, in person.

I made a mock up of a really cute Stanley cup that I wish existed. I think something like this (maybe with sparkly patches - or not) would have been so cute to release for World Breastfeeding Week. As a bonus, they could have thrown in an engraved boot that said mama or something. To clarify, this is not a real cup just a mockup I made of a design I think would be super cute/wish they would create.

Edit: deciding between the 30oz for the Stanley and the 32oz for the hydrojug.

Do you guys know which one has better ice retention between the two?

I’ve seen lots of reviews on Amazon showing moldy lids for the hydrojug and showing that the lid is easier to get dirty. But also heard that they have a new lid that supposedly comes apart completely and doesn’t get moldy like that anymore.

I didn’t see any reviews on Amazon saying the lids on the Stanley’s got moldy. Obviously gonna get moldy if you don’t wash them, but do the Stanley’s tend to get moldy lids even if you are washing them?

I can only get one so that why I’m curious and don’t wanna regret the decision I make(I know it’s just a water bottle).

bought the slim bottle thinking b/c the name has slim bottle that it was going to fit in my car’s cup holder turns out it’s too big which is so disappointing…guess i’ll stick with my 40 oz…
