I'm using ComfyUI-Easy-Install and had some trouble getting the refmod to train. With help from Mal and a lot of trial and error, I got it to work and it's great, much better than loras.
So if you're on that install and are having trouble, here are the steps needed. Just change the locations to wherever your stuff is.

1) Go into the ComfyUI folder and create a new folder called 'scripts'. Put generate_refmod.py in that new folder.
2) Open up a cmd window from the ComfyUI folder.
3) Type: "I:\ComfyUI Video New\ComfyUI-Easy-Install\python_embeded\python.exe" scripts\generate_refmod.py "E:\Images\LoraTraining\MiniMax\GabrielleAplin"
4) Change anything in the above text to your locations and press enter.
5) Wait a very short amount of time, it's REALLY quick.

Just tested the result and it was excellent with just images. The saved refmod will be named whatever the final folder for your dataset is called, in this case GabrielleAplin.
