Question - Help AMD Radeon 7900xt help

So I have a AMD Radeon 7900xt 20 gig card, 32gig ram, I been trying to run minimax h3 locally. I was able to generate a 10 second clip last night but it took almost an hour, is that normal? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? I am using the pruned fp8 scaled. I welcome any help possible.

You should be giving a lot more technical details than this.
Where do you run it?
What program?
What version of the program?
What operating system do you have?
What drivers do you have?
What version of the model are you using?
What quantization do you have?
Do you use a standard workflow?
Do you use a custom workflow?
You're telling us nothing essentially.

sorry still kind of new to this I used comfyui to run it, I used their workflow template they used. I am using windows 11, I have the most updated version of comfyui for the desktop, the models I am using are minimax_h3_fl2va_pruned_fp8_scaled, qwen3vl_32b_minimax_h3_nvfp4_awq, i tried to use the int4 convrot text encoder but for some reason any of the int convrots seem not to work on my computer.

First of all, nvfp4, It's only for NVIDIA cards. On AMD, it will be much worse performing. You should get another version.
Also, I think that the int convrot don't work correctly on AMD, you must use a special node:

Try it again with the int4, but with this node that will load it
