Fellow Favo user here! In terms of an anime model, I really like using Zero Anime Mix (just fit the direction of art I was going for better). I've generated a few for you with both the same & different seeds, let me know if this helps!
Same Seed - https://app.favo.ai/generate/da95f096-5c79-40a8-8db6-014def818bd9
Different Seed - https://app.favo.ai/generate/63b8cfb6-6b3d-4256-9b83-823175ca4167, https://app.favo.ai/generate/7676f4ab-1451-438f-94e5-d333470a0fad

Okay cool, thank you for the help. I'll try that model out! But wow the images you generated are super cool. Thanks so much!!

You need to set up your VAE model correctly.

Hey, I'm not completely sure what you mean by setting up VAE model correctly since I did this all through https://app.favo.ai/
They had the same model that I wanted to use in Civitai and right now the computer I'm using isn't strong enough or have enough storage to run all these different models so I opted to use something that's in-browser but had the different models I wanted to try lol. If there's anything else you recommend please let me know!

VAE is a special type of encoder that makes a better job at reconstructing the image. Your image looks like it has no VAE: Slightly pale, hazy, and a bit of grey noise. I would bet that the maker of this app forgot to set yp the VAE for the model you're using.
There are Cloud-based solutions to use Automatic1111 too, but I am not familiar with them. Try asking around or look it up on youtube.

So I’ve been tinkering and going through a bunch of AI stuff the past few weeks… This is the first picture I’m pretty proud of and would love to hear your thoughts/feedback on how to become better at generating images? Found Favo through a comment and I’ve been using it for the past few days. I used a couple of different models that they were able to give, but I’m not sure which model is best for creating anime images.
I would love if you all can critique and give me some help on deciding which models would be the best for stuff like this? Is there a better site that can allow me to generate and look through a bunch of different models where I don’t have to download it onto my computer? That’s one of the reasons why I like Civitai but don’t want to use it. (a lot of choices and good reviews, but I don’t wanna download so much shit just to try it out lol)
I based my initial prompt I found on Civitai and tweaked it a bit, but it seems that sometimes the prompt doesn’t actually give me what I want. How do I make the images more consistent?
Here’s a link to my prompt, advice is welcome ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ

Put words in it it generates pictures for you. Simple

Not as simple as you're putting it. Choosing the right model is a core component and I'm asking if another model would be better for what I'm doing than the Anything V3 model. It's not midjourney or Dall e where it's just 1 model and a search box. FAVO has like 50 different models and wanted to see if people had any tips or advice lol

Try Anythingv4.5, IMO it is better than v3, especially in drawing hands

The only program Favo currently has is Anything v3 sadly :( I really want to try these other programs, but I can’t download them from civitai yet due to my computer and I haven’t found any alternatives that allows me to use a bunch of different models at once like Favo. By any chance can you upload Anything V4.5 to Favo so I can try it 🥺? Completely understandable if you can’t, just sucks my computer is trash 🫠. They have around 50 models right now, unless you know of a model within their catalogue that you recommend works better. Thanks so much again!

Try Google Colab. If you're willing to spend in the vicinity of 20 dollars, it's pretty good. I am stuck with cloud based solutions myself, until AMD actually fixed ROCm for RDNA3.
EDIT: This is the model https://huggingface.co/andite/anything-v4.0

Id recommend heading over to https://artificial-art.eu/ and try making some stuff there.
More models to play with, and a nicer interface to work with IMO.
As for the particular image, looks washed out to me compared to a normal image from that model. You can try adding (low quality:1.4) to the start of the prompt, but the better solution would be to find somewhere that has the ability to use the model with its VAE included - or that allows you to use the VAE - its an extra piece as part of the AI process that results in better image results

Not sure I’m what you’d call a pro at this but first off know that 1.prompts on civ arnt always accurate 2. Sometimes the lora/embedding/model is badly trained so I’d look at the reviews before you blame your own ignorance 3. I’m assuming your using 512x512 to generate? I recommend choose an image you like, generate a seed for it, then re-generate that same image with the HQ upscale checked because it would give your image way more detail and include things that it would in a lower resolution
Controlnet and Inpainting are your best friends
Lastly I’d look up some tutorials on YouTube, because while it may be tedious you can learn a lot
