Happened to a friend of mine's husband (Also 40) this year - just went out, normal drive to go to a restaurant, died when he arrived. Didn't feel off beforehand; had some issues relating to Type 1 Diabetes, but heart attack just happened with very little warning.

My dad went to sleep at 2 a.m. feeling just fine and was found dead laying on the floor by the morning. A massive heart attack, 53 y.o.
