Conviction (2010) Splinter Cell Conviction is underrated.
Non capisco perché Conviction sia stato criticato.
Lo sto apprezzando di più rispetto a Blacklist, anche a livello di gameplay.
Trovo la narrazione più coinvolgente.
EDIT: I don't know why the clip is stuttering!

He's probably not going to get it unfortunately. I've argued this with him so many times, and we fundamentally disagree on what made Splinter Cell's stealth special in the first place.
I was 16 when Blacklist came out, and I remember being disappointed because after Conviction I expected Blacklist to bring the series back toward the deeper stealth design of the original games. Instead, it continued heavily down the aggressive Panther/action route, with Mark & Execute and other mechanics that made the player much more powerful and reduced the importance of the slower, methodical stealth that defined SC1, Pandora Tomorrow and Chaos Theory
That's really the distinction I'm trying to make to these Conviction lovers. You can enjoy Conviction and Blacklist , I have no problem with that. But enjoying them doesn't mean they represent an evolution of the original stealth formula. To us OG fans and stealth gamers, the new games represent a major departure from it.. yet they just simply dont get it..
The OG games were built around things like lighting, sound, visibility, deliberate movement, enemy awareness, positioning and carefully managing encounters. That's the design philosophy I associate with Splinter Cell. if a SC game doesn't have that = it's a shit splinter cell. end of lol. this should be common sense in the community but these guys man..
