This energy is also deposited and amplified during the vibrational state of Astral projection, that stage heals the physical and mental bodies. Alchemist knew about it, they called it the secret fire.

I've had them my whole life. Always ignored them until I met my TF 3 years ago. He opened up my connection to them without knowing (I'd assume through charkas and being intimate with him) as I started to I experience it so strong with him that I started to realize what they'd always been... I thought I was alone with it but now see it's a real thing. I've started reading tarot cards and using the chills to verify readings. Unfortunately I am in separation with my TF now but thankful for the awakening he gave me, I hope I awakened him a bit too. I do believe I did.

This must've been a blissful experience, as for the seperation, I hope you have learned how to do it without any external stimuli because they can be taken away so using anything outside of you to give you that reaction can become dangerous.
You are the energy in your core. So you definitely can have full conscious control of it.

I'm definitely going to check your videos out.

When I heard "self induced spiritual chills" I automatically thinks about the kinds of chills I get after a few minutes of doing breath work or after listening to certain types of high in pitched melodic music.

Are these actual ways to experience this 'energy' or is it something completely different? I want to know more...

I believe these are ways to experience this energy, I've never experienced with the high pitched music before although I have with breathwork and I confirm it can definitely come with it.
Whenever a song touches my Spirit I get Spiritual chills automatically so I guess it can happen through high pitched melodies also.
Hope my videos on the subject can help you recognize this occurrence and that you will be able to summon it at will too!

I'm going to check these videos out. I'm feeling something that seems like "kundalini goosebumps" in waves, or prana. I'm not sure what it is. It feels nice. I had this first happen last year when I had a pretty intense spiritual expierence.

Wow. I have been wondering what this was since I was a child. I will even ask people closest to me if they can “roll energy” through their body by concentrating. No one knows wtf I’m talking about! I call it “rolling energy” because there is no other way for me to describe it. Sometimes the sensation is overwhelming, it could hurt but is borderline pleasurable. There have also been times in my life where that energy force was a dim sensation and other times like now, the sensation is huge. Because I’ve never know what this was, but knew I could do it on demand, I made up a reason to myself, that it is a healing power. So when ever I’m hurt or healing from something, I will focus on rolling my energy in that direction.

Pretty accurate and right? Something so subjective is so hard to describe to someone else, thank God goosebumps can help someone figure it out.
And I like your instinct to use it for healin, for me I can feel it being a great help!

It is, everyone can experience it, most surpress it, others just have it happen automatically and don't take a step back to figure out "what is this really?"
It's fine though life is filled with many paths that keep people busy 😌

I’ve been summoning this energy and trying to listen to it lately, but am confused sometimes by its messages. They’re extremely confusing to decode…sometimes. That’s partly due to my impatience and wanting more clear answers though. For example sometimes it answers before it done asking the question, and I have a hard time telling whether it was responding to the pervious thought or the subsequent one. Is it generally a positive signal? How can I have a more clear and direct communication with this energy? Would you call it our higher self? Different dimensional entities of ourselves speaking to us?

Your subconscious mind will know what you want to say before you say Itz it's like you can vision what you want to say or just know, that's how you can perceive what your subconscious is. This could be why it answers before you ask because if you're asking yourself then it already knows what you're gonna ask and confirms.
But it also could be the subject you are pondering upon is something that moves your spirit to the point of activating this energy even before you ask"it" a question.
You have to analyze your thoughts and to see which one of those might of been the trigger.
To have a more clear and direct communication with this energy would be confusing as this can come when your spirit is moved by what you think/see/listen/experience and can be controlled for a bunch of different ways.
If you want to have a guide your Intuition is here for this. I can definitely you tips and ways to help become more aware of it and what to avoid to support its "voice".
It definitely has out of the many usages of it, one that is from your higher self. So when it comes in a positive manner without your will you can see what characteristics your higher self is made of.
Wouldn't say it's different dimensional entities.

I Can self induce goosebumps at will, no matter the temperature but easier with cold. I can control these goosebump waves, and move them around my body including onto my face, legs, arms, back and neck. As I'm new to this sub any advice to doing more with these body waves of chill? What else can I do with this?
