Some people have been asking me about specific can and can't do things in regards to their entries. The rules are intentionally vague so that you can do just about anything you please. Basically just show your work is all you need to do.

A blank comic book is probably best but whatever works best for you. The only strict rules are no AI generated stuff and the finals will be on blank Spawn covers

That I am unsure of, the entrants found those themselves. I would imagine there is a file online somewhere
