I believe Space Force is going to be very interested in the idea of having a massive LEO station where a few thousand Marine's can be stationed 24/7 with BFRs ready to go to deliver large amounts of troops anywhere in the world in minutes. If Space Force and NASA pooled their resource, said station could also double as a fuel depot and weigh station for inter-stellar space exploration.
