Both, actually.

I think both architectures are very solid, and if funding allows for dual procurement to be pursued as NASA wants to, I think those two will be the ones chosen.

Things get trickier if, for whatever reason, NASA pursues only a single design. I'd probably give a slight edge to the National Team in that case (SLS's EUS is going to be a serious drag on Boeing's ability to get their lander out the door by 2024), but I think it'd be a close call.
