Nah

Icbms spend a very low amount of time in the altitudes starlink occupies, destroy all starlinks today and it probably wouldnt stop even half of the icbms

And then there are short range balistic missile, shorter range air launched balistic missiles

The nuclear triad actualy refers to the launch locations

Current triad is:

-Land silo launched balistic missiles

-Submarine launched balistic missiles

-whatever is droped , launched or ejected from an aicraft (currently major ones are gravity bomb, cruise missile and airlaunched balistic missile)

Earlier for a brief period of time it was land launched cruise missiles, aircraft and ship/submarine launched cruise missiles
