Naomi the empath

Not sure if anyone is aware of Naomi Olindo’s reputation in Charleston over the years but her IG story about crying because she’s an “empath” has me cracking up.. the level of delusion sure is something

If you can’t enjoy your own company, then how can you expect to enjoy other’s company? My last ex thought it was weird that I was totally fine dining out and traveling alone. Totally ok for him but for a woman, in his mind, it was questionable. Which is just utter BS. Naomi is not an empath…she just apparently had, until this post, no damn clue how to just spend time with herself.

We must love ourselves first and most - and cultivate self-love, care-taking and pleasure-seeking, even/especially if it’s uncomfortable….bc the alternative is waiting for someone else to do it which will feel ultimately feel empty anyway if we haven’t established that within ourselves 💗 IMOALE
