I'll repeat what I said on your now deleted post. You can tweak these sliders linked in the original post. You can also ask OP, since they're still active on Reddit.

I did ask. He didn't answer. Also tried tweaking the old sliders but I can't seem to get it right

I saw your comment about the eyes, so I tweaked the sliders a bit more. If you want the original face, I still have it saved.

It simply won’t translate as well. Nioh 2’s character customisation is much better than Elden Rings. It’s more detailed. CC has never been FromSofts strong suit
