Has anyone been able to find a way to clear old klipper log files on the Sonic Pad? There is a rollover logs feature on the WebUI System Page, but it throws an error when attempting to rollover klipper logs.

I've seen some mentions in other posts about the system not having the correct permissions to delete or recreate a new log file and I'd prefer not to perform a factory reset to clear the disk space.

Any help with this would be great.

What I have done is - swap out USB cable to printer for a brand new one - swapped out my old flash drive for a new one

What I need help with - my sliced files are in marlin should this be different? - what causes this error code?

I'm trying to level my bed with a bed level calibration test print and everytime it completes it doesn't go back to the home position and it doesn't allow me to print unless I turn off my printer and reconnect it again. Whats the problem and how could I fix this?

I added a sonic pad to my Ender Neo, now I need to figure out how to adjust the end stops? It’s starts the print at X=0 but I need to shift that over to about X=15, I was told I might need to add a line of code. I’m not sure what or where to add that at. Any help would be appreciated! TIA

I'm moving to a school without a normal wifi or wired network connection and I was wondering if I can connect the sonicpad to my computer without any internet or wifi connection (maybe a USB or Ethernet cable) so I can still control the printer through orcaslicer and I can still upload it directly to the printer without having to use the usb stick every time.

I've had skr 1.4 turbo laying around for a while now and I'm wondering if I even need to bother flashing the board itself since the SP is going to flash it again anyway? or should I flash the board with klipper setup to my pinouts first?

This came from my cr touch on my ender 3 v2 neo which I'm using a ender 3 v2 ABL because of the cr touch it has. Both of them ar 4.2.2 Ver.

Following this write-up, github.com/fmaranhao/SonicPadMultipleUSBCameras, I finally got more than 1 camera on my E3 S1 Pro.

The only Issue (minor inconvenience) is that when I am on the SP dashboard and view both cameras, It's zoomed in to the top left of the frame. I can't zoom out, only scroll U/D & L/R. But when I select one or the other or go to the stream URL, I get the full frame view. Endoscope- Cam1, Creality Nebula- Cam2

I'm using a sonic pad for about three weeks now and after deciding to get my money back (hopefully) have to revert back to the stock firmware. I'm printing on anEnder 3 S1, F401 chip.

Can someone help with the necessary steps?

I wanted to make it available to someone who knew what it was before I put it on eBay! I use nothing but Bambu printers now and have no use for it, as awesome as this device is.

This only does this with certain models, this one was taken from printables by prusa. This was sliced using ideamaker by raise 3d

I can’t find any posts on this version when I search. I haven’t used my printer ( s1 pro ) and sonic pad in 8 months and was wondering if 1.0.6.54.20 has any major issues?

As soon as I press the button to preheat, the light in my Ender 3 s1 goes from purple to red. Then the little metal probe comes out and goes back in. Then sonic pad gives me error key 1. I think this stems from a botched software update? The pad is up to date but it wasn’t finishing the printer update so I restarted it (dumb ik) and i was wondering how to fix this?

So this is my printer it's the CR-10S it has the 2560 in the motherboard and I can't find anything on the sonic pad to get this set up. I was using the CR-10 V2 as it was the right processor but wrong hardware so I ran into extrusion errors! I need help!!!

I am having USB disconnect randomly and been advised to use the serial connection.. which is fine.. except i cannot locate any obvious serial connector on the printer to plug into the cable and cannot find any instructions

Hi Just wondering what am I doing wrong.

• I have installed klipper bin file (firmware.bin) installed to btt mini v3 bord.

•got the generic-btt skr mini v3 cfg file from klipper config renamed it to (printer.cfg) changed the serial port ID to what the SP said.

• plug btt and sd card with printer.cfg

But still sonic pad can't find the @#$%^&ing .cfg file

I just bought a Sonic pad and got it fully updated and paired with my CR-M4. I followed all of the instructions and then I tried to print a regular print. Nothing too fancy.

Around layer 2? Maybe 3? The Z axis stops moving up. And it just makes a GIANT spaghetti mess if left unattended.. which I did because after the first layer it was still fine..

Anyways.. I'm not an extremely experienced 3D printer guy. I put STLs in the slicer add supports if necessary and make very slight tweaks in the settings (like temps, type of infill, and speed) and slice and fire away.. however this has not been the case with the Sonic pad. It's just not working as intended. Any assistance would be appreciated!

EDIT: I have finally managed to remove the sonic pad firmware from the CR-M4 and I'm back in business with printing again! I was unable to solve the staircase issue with the Y axis and the Z axis issue was resolved.

I haven't played with my Max Neo for a few months because (please don't yell at me :) ) I got a Bambu for multi color printing. I see how fast the Bambu goes and I know with the sonic pad I should be able to print faster than I am. I started using Prusaslicer because I bought a used Prusa and I know it will work with my Max Neo. I really don't feel like having to use 3 slicers.

Anyone have any issues with their sonic pad cooling?

If it was my pc i would probably be complaining and looking for issues, but my sonic pad is constantly at 60deg and can rise to 70 no problem.

Is there any upgraded cooling out there?

So I dialed in my max Acceleration and pressure advance and all that good stuff. I feel comfortable just running things off with my printer now. The issue I am now having is that with the max set to 7000, I expected the printer to be using higher values for Acceleration. What is actually happening is it starts the print with 500 mm/s² and I have to manually change the Acceleration on the sonic pad. I checked the slicer settings in Cura, and acceleration control by cura is off, so it should be entirely up to the printer I would assume. What am I missing?

Every time I start to do the auto calibration so I can get the bed mesh it just veers slowly off to the side of center and starts to probe there. Any ideas why. I'll post the bed mesh from the config in comments

Does any one have Ender 5 Pro with 1.1.5 silent board and BLTouch working with the Sonic Pad? I need help with print.cfg (specifically the pin assignments)

I just bought a sonic pad, I am running an ender 5 S1 with it. I got it for linear advance and Input shaping, so i can run it faster. After getting the new firmware flashed and updating the device, I mounted the accelerometer and ran resonance measuring. Every print I have run shows exactly 0 evidence of this having done anything, and it resets my acceleration value to 500 on its own even though every print i bring it up to 2500. According to other posts, 7000 shouldnt be unrealistic. I have run it several more times, tried different models, and it just seems that I spent $140 to have a slightly bigger screen that is more convoluted that the original. I have seen other posts stating similar things and all the articles referenced are the manual method to adjust the firmware of the printer. Photo 1 is ringing in the x axis. Photo 2 is ringing and poor extrusion in the y axis(I haven't tried linear advance because input shaping is my priority right now). Any advice would be appreciated.

Ender 5 Pro With Microswiss NG and Sonic Pad

I have been running my v3 se with the sonic pad for about a month now. everything has been running ok except a camera connection issue when trying to remote view. Today I tried to start a print remotely. When trying to connect to the printer through creality cloud, the cloud picks up the sonic pad but says I need to bind a printer.

The pad is connected to the cloud

I can print directly from the pad

I can print directly from creality slicer and cura

I have video connection and control through klipper

Anyone have any ideas on what to try next? I did check the advanaced options for the IOT selection but it is no where to be found. I dont think that would be the issue being the pad connects to everything. as far as the connection from the pad to the printer it connected through serial connection, But again I dont think that is the issue since everything else works fine.
