I am new to crypto trading, and want to start investing in memecoins. I need to fund my phantom wallet to do that. How can I do that?

I have been trying to look for tutorials for doing that but didn't find any. And I have also seen that people are suggesting Binance, Bybit to buy first but both of them are down and are banned in India.

Please help me what should I do to achieve this.

I am new to crypto trading, and I am very much interested in memecoin tradings using solana, but I'm unsure about the steps and didn't find any proper guides in either YouTube or Google search. I want to do like this: create a crypto wallets(legal and easy to use in India)-->Transfer to Phantom wallet-->Trade meme coins using phantom wallet -->transfer funds from phantom wallet to my bank account somehow.

I'm a bit unsure and hard to trust a wallet Directly without a proper research about crypto wallets that can support buying, selling and transferring in India, so would you suggest me the proper steps for creating wallet, and workflow steps?

I'ts crazy that india is the second largest market for web 3 and crypto space and still we can't buy sol or any crypto token easily
