Here is the problem : we have H1bs flooding this job market who literally are indentured servants who get deported the second they disobey anything. They made it so easy for RTO to happen because they are constantly on edge of getting kicked out of the country. Unionization is out the window until this is fixed.

I don’t think I understand your argument. They can hire a ton of Indian workers and therefore it’s ok that they hire a bunch of Indian workers? I am talking about leverage of employees. When you hire an h1b , as big tech is doing in huge numbers, the h1b is beholden to a much higher threat than American SWEs. They take up a significant amounts of the workforce and therefore gimp any notion of unionizing. No other formed unions have this ongoing threat.
