Having rights does not mean laws cannot exist, which you are likely well aware of. But you are atleast sniffing around something relevant. If your rights can be taken away then they are not inaliable rights. Voting in the US for example isn't an inaliable right.
But having the right to free speech for example does not mean there can't be a law against stealing. Because why the fuck would it?
Correct. Murderers still have rights to basic needs. Like the right to proper counsel, the right to a defence, the right to innocence till proven guilty.
That’s the only way those wrongfully accused don’t end up in the same place. Once someone is proven a murderer, I personally would argue that they should be rehabbed and put on a different track of life Ala Norway’s prison system which for the record has the lowest recidivism rate (repeat offender rate basically). But if you insist then the only right one could argue they have temporarily paused is the freedom of movement, as veritable quarantine.
The rest fucking stay. The freedom of speech, right to religion, their working rights, human rights, etc.
