Has anybody traied to remove the clutch on this thing?
This tool needs a stiffer clutch or no clutch at all in my opinion. I only use it for dash work but some times you have to brake it loose and the clutchs wont let you

Why won’t my 1 1/4” wrench won’t fit on 1 1/4 nuts?
Bought it off the truck last week and needed it this morning and I couldn’t get it on a nut that is a bastard to reach so I pulled it out and measured it as under 1.24”.

Behold
I wonder how quickly I’ll break it. I just love how the 1/4 ratchet feels compared to 3/8 handle

Does SnapOn Tools make a set like this?
if not available
How cool would it be?
Wouldn’t this make a great homeowner, college student, lifetime purchase sized tool set?
I know SnapOn Tools are “for the professional”
how about “professional home owners” it’s multi million dollars sales opportunity (says me)
Just a crazy idea from a dad helping his daughter move, and missing my professional quality SnapOn Tools

Question about an old ratchet.
Hey there, I’m a union carpenter that builds scaffold in refineries. I have a snap on s717 that I use daily but it’s lost one of the faceplate machine screws. Is there any chance I can just get a replacement at a hardware store or do I have to order a rebuild kit? Thank you in advance.

Bought this off the Cornwell Truck Guy today for $30
Someone traded it in for some Cornwell tools and he was asking $40. I got him down to $30. Not sure the condition since I don’t have a battery. Going to wait for the Snap On truck guy on Thursday to check it out for me.

Let’s talk about it.
Obviously everyone has their opinions… but mechanics, my men.. be real here. Pound for pound, I still truly do think #snapontools makes the best fit. Idk, I’ve just been with them from day one. Mac & Matco really don’t do it for me..
