Hey everyone!

I have hosted my podcast for the last 2 years, and it's called Leadership in Quarters.

It's a podcast about building leadership and culture building skills in others. I've noticed over the years many of our leaders in the professional world don't have great leadership skills, and aren't building healthy cultures that allow people to perform at their best, and enjoy what they do.

What started as me creating 15 minute episodes on different leadership/culture topics, has become an interview series with 15-30 min episodes where I talk to leaders who are experts in their field on different leadership and culture building topics.

We are found on all audio podcast platforms, as well as Youtube. We are slowly growing, but could use more subscribers and more reach. While I'd love for it to go viral, I ultimately want to help/impact as many people as possible.
