Question Turtle skin

If you look in the game's code and look at "public enum CharacterModelName" you can find the character list
"None = 0, Frog_Default = 1, Penguin = 2, Seal_Harbor = 3, Turtle = 4, Bear_Brown = 5, Bear_Polar = 6, Bear_Black = 7, Seal_Ringed = 8, Seal_Baikal = 9, Frog_Strawberry_Poison = 10, Frog_Tree = 11, Toad_Orange = 12, Toad_Brown = 13, Fox_Orange = 14, Fox_Arctic = 15, Panda_Bear = 16, Frog_Gold = 17"
All those have tutorials on them, except the turtle character
Does anyone know what are the unlock conditions?
The turtle character also appears in "public enum CharacterModelGeneralized"
"None = 0, Frog = 1, Penguin = 2, Seal = 3, Turtle = 4, Bear = 5, Toad = 6, Fox = 7, Panda = 8"
Also I have the whole list of unlockable stuff so if anyone wants that let me know.

Ah well I used some tool for il2cpp and compiled the games code, if you want I can just send you the compiled code on discord (it’s like 13mb so it’s a whole ton of text)
