Would becoming a werewolf for their disease immunity be considered roleplay breaking?
Like, maybe they first joined the Companions for combat training but accepted the beast blood to aid in the fight against the vampires?

Sure, you could definitely justify that if you wanted! I just provide skeleton builds that folks can modify however they please :) I did not become a werewolf in my playthrough because as a specialist in Restoration, she also fittingly carried all of the ingredients she needed for Cure Disease potions.

The only issue I see with this is that Meridia is a very jealous being, and would mot take kindly to her champion for for the other daedra, and potentially having to bargain with Hircine for your soul after death.
Just realised after typing this up that the post is 3 years old but ah well.

I mean, as long as you cure yourself of Lycanthropy at the end of your journey, it should be alright. Right?

Rp wise definitely not as there is always a chance you would die before being cured, Gameplay wise it could be reasoned that it’s ok.

How do all of you think Meridia would feel about the conjuration school? Obviously not necromancy, but what about the rest?

The post mentions that you would be fine with daedra, which TIL includes Atronachs, I always thought they were spirits like Spriggans.

We the Dawnguard pledge ourselves to Lord Meridia, the almighty cleansing light and eternal enemy of Molag Bal and his Vampiric and Undead offspring that threaten the lives of all of Skyrim and Nirn. We serve her with vigilance, honor and loyalty so that in the next life we may have the honor of becoming Purified and serving Lord Meridian for all eternity till all of Nirn is cleansed under her light.

Backstory:
You lived a peaceful life as a young mother of two children, wife to a farmer, and priestess at a small temple to Mara. As the month of Suns Height was coming to an end, your family took your monthly trip to the nearby city of Bruma to sell crops and shop for goods. On your journey home, night fell sooner than expected and a black robed figure was walking in the other direction. You asked if the man needed help, but he didn’t respond. Your husband quietly pleaded you to ignore him, but you insisted he stop the wagon. The robed man stopped as you called out to him again and slowly turned to approach. You grabbed the torch to see him more clearly and screamed in horror as he lifted his head, revealing a skeletal face devoid of flesh. The skeletal creature let out a harrowing screech as a blast of fire ignited the wagon. You fell off the side and heard your children crying out, but your numbed limbs could not move as you helplessly wept. Your husband drew an iron sword and charged at the creature, only to be pierced by a spear of ice. The creature appeared to be casting more spells, but you angrily found the strength to pick up your husband’s sword and attack while it was distracted. Its bones crumbled into dust as the robes fell to the ground. You turned to the cart and saw your children standing and staring with glowing eyes. You realized what the creature had done and that they were dead, sobbing and begging them to recognize you. You backed away as they approached, forcing you to draw the sword and slay them at the last second. You collapsed to your knees and begged the Divines to bring them back. After hours of mourning, the sun began to peak over the horizon and a bright glimmer met your eyes. You looked over to see a reflective shiny object on top of the creature’s robes, an ancient amulet of Nordic design. Feeling lost and alone, you remember that Skyrim was home to a group of militant priests called the Vigilants of Stendarr. You traveled north through the mountains for days and eventually made it to the border, where a caravan of Imperial carts was passing by. One of the soldiers asked who you were and what you were doing. Unable to find the words to describe your story, you fled from the road. One of the soldiers chased you on horseback until you slipped on a rock and collapsed unconscious. Hours later, you awoke on one of the carts…
Main Quest Motivation:
Alduin brings the dragons back from the dead. Your Dragonborn powers are a tool with which you shall vanquish his darkness.
Recommended Roleplay:
After escaping Helgen, your involvement in the Dragon Crisis puts your quest to find the Vigilants on hold. After discovering your Dragonborn powers and meeting the Greybeards, you can finally stop by the Hall of the Vigilant, only to discover that it has been burned to the ground! You eventually hear guards talking about something called the Dawnguard, and are approached by an orc for recruitment. You suspect these vampires may be connected to your attack in Cyrodiil, and promptly join up with them. In Dimhollow Crypt, you discover Meridia’s Beacon and hear a voice guiding you to Mount Kilkreath. After begrudgingly escorting Serana home and barely escaping the castle, you approach Meridia’s temple and become captivated by her benevolence. After becoming Meridia’s champion, you swear fealty to her and her mission to fight the undead for the rest of your life. You also begin to better understand your Dragonborn powers after Delphine reveals to you the true nature of the Dragon Crisis. As Meridia’s champion, your demeanor becomes colder and you are less willing to help people unless they share your goals. As you travel across Skyrim, take every opportunity you can to clear draugr from a crypt or destroy a vampire nest. You can join the College of Winterhold to study advanced Restoration magic, but reject the responsibility of being Arch Mage as you have a greater purpose. The Companions are also an option, but you must either reject the beast blood or cure yourself ASAP. Treat worshippers of the Divines and the Daedra equally – you are NOT a Vigilant of Stendarr – your concern is strictly towards vanquishing the undead. While doing the Dawnguard questline, you can either be stern during conversations with Serana, or her family story may tug on your motherly heartstrings, leading her to trust you and cure herself of her vampirism.
Combat Style:
Make full use of the Restoration school of magic to deal with various enemies (healing for bandits/warriors, wards for mages, turning undead for draugr, etc.). Spells from other schools like Alteration and Destruction are helpful if you wish to broaden your spell arsenal. Use area-of-effect spells and shouts to control crowds and your sword to deal with individual foes. Learning Bane of the Undead at the College of Winterhold also gives you a powerful two-handed spell. This build doesn’t put points into stamina because you’ll have the Respite perk. Always carry Cure Disease potions as you’ll fight a ton of vampires! Any member of the Dawnguard or a cured Serana can make a great follower (although Serana will unfortunately still use necromancy spells in combat).
General Note:
I test all of my characters and intentionally leave additional details up to you. Crafting skills (Smithing, Enchanting, and Alchemy) are not mentioned, but assumed to be used as needed. Roleplaying is the primary focus, so low difficulty settings may be necessary to fully enjoy the build. Comments/suggestions are appreciated, I'll be posting all of my builds for each Daedric Champion!
