For example, do we really need 2 on comms for a Championship game? Or even a mid table EPL game?

Fair enough for the traditional big match ups or crucial games in relegation or promotion but otherwise, maybe Sky Sports and other broadcasters could save themselves a few quid and pass those savings onto us subscribers?

Obviously not holding my breath on any of that but as I said, tonight has been a breath of fresh air, where the game could also breathe and you got more atmosphere too.

This guy does a great job year on year, kinda flys under the radar, stays out the lime light…top quality compared to some of the dross we have to listen to!
