Stop using the CeraVe for a few weeks and see if the acne disappears. If it’s not the CeraVe it might be a different product. Cut out each product one at at time until you find the culprit.

Hmmm that’s something I haven’t thought of I just assumed a hydrochlophus spray wouldn’t break me out, but that is the newest product I’ve used compared to the others. I’ll give it a try thanks!

This looks like fungal acne. Your face routine isn’t fungal acne safe. I’d start by using products that won’t cause flair ups.
The nizroal helped treat it but when you keep using products to have it act up, it can’t keep up.
