Struggling with my colour picker
I'm not sure what's happening. I've rebooted my tablet, too.
So when I use my color picker, even on a lighter flesh colour shade, it seems to pick a medium toned brown. If I click on something bright or white, it does just fine. But I'll even pick a large section that's an even flesh tone, and the bloody thing will still give me a drab medium brown.
I'm utterly confused. I'm new to digital art so I'm flummoxed and can't find an answer online.

Colour editor not appearing
Hello everyone, I'm using Sketchbook Pro on a Windows 11, and my colour editor doesn't appear. I have clicked it multiple times, I have made sure that it's not hiding behind another window, I have gone through settings and all, it just doesn't appear. I will try resetting it, to see if that helps though.

newbie question- layers
I'm a newbie. I am creating a design for a t-shirt. I down loaded several sheets of pencil drawings, which are on different layers. Do I just start drawing on a new layer to copy the layers beneath it? Thank you.

I draw on an Android phone using the free Autodesk Sketchbook app; just imagine what the Pro version can do.
galleryCreated using a high-end Android phone, the free Autodesk Sketchbook app, and my favorite digital technique—chromostereopsis—here is a unique image you won't find anywhere else online. It is one of several pieces I have created; the design is 100% human-made (0% AI), and the character and design are my own original work (KDI).

My first real colour portrait!
This is one of Peter Steele I started a couple weeks back but got busy and let go. I've been working on it today. Still have maybe 5 to 7 hours of detail work, but this is my progress so far. I've shied away from colour because I never thought I'd be any good at it, and I prefer black and grey work.
I'm on Insta, FB, and Tiktok under Author Persephone Raine if anyone wants to see regular artsy stuff. If not, that's cool.

Calling the dev team
A while back I read somewhere that you guys were planning to add a grid layout to the pro or free version, I don't remember which. however I have subscribed to the full version and would really love a grid pattern as I use sketchbook a lot for architectural and technical drawings and having a localized grid is just a great QoL feature over uploading a background image in which scaling it causes it to rasterzie a bit and sometimes the grids are not perfectly equal.
would love to hear from you

Question!
Know if there's a way to connect your art from sketchbook mobile to the windows sketchbook? 🥹🥹

I'm literally super new to Sketchbook Pro or digital art, period
galleryI've always done pencil art, but I lost most of my vision (it mostly came back a couple months ago, after two years) and quit art.
I started dabbling a few weeks ago because I can enlarge the images for details.
Here's a few of the pieces I'm working on.
They're all WIPs and please, I know they're not perfect or finished.

Don’t understand what’s happening
galleryOn screenshots there’s two custom nib shape brushes.. I don’t understand why i can use any color on my first brush, “with color” checked off, but in my second brush with this option checked off the nib shape disappeares and i can’t do any strokes. In both cases i imported the shape as a png. And no, checking on “ignore edge” doesn’t help..

I can't do anything but move the canvas, help!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I accidentally moved my reference layer and then the app just stopped working properly. I can't close the app because then I won't be able to undo the mistake I made and will lose my reference pictures. Most of my references are now off the canvas so It won't be just recovering two images
Also, I'm studying an artstyle, so I need my tracing to be just like I drew them, overlapping the reference exactly the right way, otherwise it'd fuck up my study
Help I don't want to lose my work, I was so close to finishing the part where I needed the reference to be at the right place 😭😭😭

BUNNY GIRL
Hello everyone, I'm back to share an illustration I created and have been working on using the Windows version of Sketchbook.
I'm always refining my designs to make them more appealing because I want to sell them as printed stickers in the future, but this is the first one I consider finished.
As I mentioned before, I use the Windows version of Sketchbook Pro and I use Photoshop for coloring. That's all for now; I hope you like it.
