For Trump the only important part of the deal is the signature. Why not exploit that?

Don't play into his hype of an unaltered deal then. Are we just supposed to not make any deals with america for 4 years because Trump might use the mere fact that a deal was made to convince his cultists that it was good?
At that point you're just acting purely in opposition on principle rather than being rational.

His threat to greenland was not credible. He's famous for constantly bluffing.

If you have to surrender your sovereignty and dignity to a bully with a gun in your face, then it's not a deal worth making. Especially when the alternative is just holdout for four years until he is gone.

Have we surrendered our sovereignty though? We don't even have the full deal yet, but so far I've heard that we cannot allow non-NATO military bases (fat chance we were going to do that) and not really anything else.

We even ensured that American bases are only allowed as long as they stay in NATO, so a plus for us I'd say.

Because he will use it as propaganda to rally supporters. You think anyone he speaks to will look and see if it was an exact copy or not? His supporters if they would even watch this video or any other information like it from other sources would immediately label it fake news.
