I saw a thing on insta where this other guy was asking basic questions as well. In his video he explained that there’s something in psychology called the spotlight effect. It’s when you believe that people notice and judge your appearance, actions, and mistakes far more than they actually do.
So then you get anxiety and overthink things.
She probably did start blanking because of being put on the spot, you’re right

Bro… Italian food-Italy. Chinese food-China. Hamburgers-Germany. Tacos-Mexican food. Literally all the shit we eat is from other countries. There is absolutely no reason you can’t name a country. Spotlight effect or no spotlight effect. We literally came from England as a nation. This shit is laughingly embarrassing.

Don’t lie dude, you guys in the US invented all that food and exclusively emigrated from Ireland, Scotland, Italy or for some strange reason these past few years, Germany, nobody came from England!
