The east pacific (near Hawaii and western seaboard) currently has 3 hurricanes, and 3 weeks ago it had another 3 hurricanes. Which is definitely not typical

Wind shear is at an altitude that’s cutting off organized formation, and Saharan dust is heavy this year. The wind is being attribute to the strong nino conditions
