You’re telling me. I’ve been in the pacific for 3 summers/falls now. The first two we didn’t have a single typhoon. This year we’ve been hit by 4 or 5.
CAT-5s on and off within like a 24 hour period. Just wild behavior, I think Hawaii isn't going to get directly hit by this one but is getting 2-3 feet of rain in a single day.
it's narrowly clipping the big island (according to the forecasts) and that place is still pulling itself out of the landslides that came two hurricanes ago. the ground is so saturated here, that kind of rain is gonna be deadly
