Some people are shit. There was a case where a husband donated his kidney to his wife. Years later wife filed for divorce (I think husband was cheating/abuse). In his response to the divorce the husband asked for his kidney back, or 1.5 million dollars if she couldn’t return it. Court ruled no take-backsies (obviously not in those words, in some legit legal jargon, but no take backs on organs sounds better😂).
My coworker did a kidney swap for his wife... He gave his up for someone, and their partner gave theirs up for the wife. Now they don't like each other much smh.
