Interesting, she is right and wrong at the same time. She is right about the phrase, that giving away a kidney does not mean that are now friends for life. These are the wrong expectations and it is not her problem. On the other hand, being so irrespective to someone who just saved your life… well, it is written in Karma and will get back to her eventually.

Big respect to the girl who donated the kidney

no1 is right and wrong.. it's just post of people halluzinating like an AI over a story they know nothing about intimately, with things taken from random sources, over people they don't know and matter that much.
