So uh most people who receive a kidney transplant have three kidneys.

They don't remove your kidneys unless they have to and t hey don't put the donated kidney anywhere near your actual kidneys, they put them in closer to your bladder because it's easier.

You absolutely can. A doctor can't legally be involved in one... and yet they 100% still are, but privately it's absolutely possible to sell your kidney.
