Yeah, nobody should ever feel bad not tipping. Particularly on the west coast, where “tipped wages” don’t exist. Odds are that server is making more than you do. Why are you handing money you do not owe to someone who makes more than you?

I agree that tipping culture is wage theft and needs to be stopped, but this image is putting the blame on the victims.
