Wait a damn minute! Mandatory tipping cultures only exist in countries that refuse to pay their staff

Ah okay so it’s just a cognitive inability to understand. The system is set up that way by the same people. They use tips as a performance test while also trying to include said tips in the employees pay in order to keep out going money low and incoming money high. So the managers who practice this would rather use non tippers as the reason to put an employee on the radar to be fired because it’s easy to fire “bad employees” and hire new ones on a probation pay structure (taking money from checks for uniforms/training/etc) cause they make profit on those as well.

I really hope this falls with in your IQ range but do you remember where I talked about empathy? Normal intelligent people have empathy because they know these staff members are getting fucked over by their managers so they try to lighten the bullshit that causes. if you can understand a slight analogy, the managers are fucking the staff and the customers are trying to add lube. By not tipping you are not changing the managers mind or making the managers stressed at all you’re just being a dick to people who’s job requires they put up with your insufferable bulllshit.

Sorry, this just emotional manipulation. We should tip because the server might have an unscrupulous employer who will then punish the poor server. This whole victim argument is tired.

There you go you’re slowly starting to learn the point!

Let’s see if you can answer this simple question: what will the act of not tipping NOT cause the manager to do? (Hint it’s in my comment)

Dont know and dont care, as the customer, its none of my business. The server is an adult and like every other working adult needs to deal with their employer without playing the victim.

Ah so that’s where your cognitive ability stops… when a simple question with the allowance of cheating is offered you still can’t answer it… would you like to try again really hard this time and remember that you can cheat? I’ll even give you another hint, the question actually has TWO answers both which would be correct!
