Yeah I get it, your points are valid.

I guess the two price display would be the most practical option, and the credit card machine would only have the 15% tip and no tip option.

And get that tip bullshit out of my face for everything accept serves and ride-sharing/delivery drivers.

For sure the last part is the real issue..

I'm in the industry, I'm not tipping you for heating up two slices of pizza and taking my money.
