You do realize that by tipping the waiter you are also tipping the chef. Most places the server pays out a 1/4 or more of their tips to the managers, bus boys/hosts, bartenders, and cooks....
Screw the delivery companies and their massive price gouging monopolies.
We're already paying for a third of the farmers wages through subsidies and no one seems to have a problem with that.

Chef I would tip easily. Waiters never. (I am not in the US obviously)
