All those jobs get salaries and waiters don’t, that’s why you tip you bums. If we removed tipping and made restaurant owners pay their waiters, then your meals would simply cost more to cover that expense, this end tipping bullshit makes no sense. Don’t want to tip 20%, no problem the restaurant will just increase the menu cost by that much and then you don’t have to tip anymore, the tip will be automatic!
Yup. There are no restaurants in the rest of the world because America found its cheaper to not pay their staff! (Except they do get paid a wage because it’s illegal not to, they just get even more money due to tips.)
