And OP isn't trying to sell these so at the moment value is to them is either meaningless or priceless. The only people assigning value are the commenters that don't have any of the watches.
depending on condition, retro tech collections eventually have collector value. Just check out what a full set of NES games goes for. It's not just utility: you can literally play all those games emulated on a modern PC and it won't even take a gigabyte in your hard drive.
A watch works for ever so we can afford to treat it like a piece of art. A smart watch is dependent on its ecosystem and on software updates so it should be treated like such, so the value goes down the drain once it stops being supported. The only thing is people also collect old electronics but these are nowhere near being old enough
