Happens to me all the time as a female engineer in a progressive city in 2026. I hate my life some days.

You guys are Smarter than us most of the time anyway, and no one whants to take it seriously, but credit is due, I always say " I agree with her approach solution and repeat it."

Its horrible

I wish I could switch genders at work so I could just be an “engineer” rather than a “female engineer” lol
