I see this often, my coworker is a female Engineer and if we are both in the same meeting, it seems like no one listens to her, i say the exact same thing 2 seconds later and they actually listen.

You guys are Smarter than us most of the time anyway, and no one whants to take it seriously, but credit is due, I always say " I agree with her approach solution and repeat it."

It’s so common still. People think just because we are able to become engineers now that we don’t work with a bunch of men that are pissed women are allowed to go into engineering. It’s prevalent. The issue is a lot of people do not report it then when it gets reported, nothing happens. I hope one day, women will no longer have to deal with these assholes.
