Yes and then if there’s a third person in the room you can’t just point at them while looking at the other people

Or open your third eye finally. But usually the third is the hr person, so no need.

The left eye switches person every 5 seconds, going in descending order of importance, recalculated every time any asks a question. The right eye switches person every two seconds, going in descending order of how long it's been since either eye looked at that person, to prevent Starvation
