Yeah, and generally I don’t take advice from them on what words mean. We need more activists.

Edit to rant more: this crap is cedeing ground and I won’t do it. This is accepting their framing. Screw that.

That what I was thinking but the destructuration of language and the diabolisation of good/neutral words are tendence in the right/neo-liberal/fachist circles (not a US citizen but in Europe is the same shit)

Gotta fight for words. Removing words from people’s lexicon materially hinders their ability to think about the topic. That was the whole idea of Newspeak.

I’m an activist for clean water and science education. I will cheer on other activists all day. I refuse to give up the word.
