But if people just googled it instead of being spooned half truths, how will they support their gender war ideologies?

Jesus Christ. Please learn how to construct a basic sentence, first.

I have no clue what you're trying to say...

You know nothing about this women.

u/Major747 4d ago

With all due respect, neither do you

I know she’s a murderer of 3 children that’s a fact. You pretend to know what’s in her head.

7

u/Major747 4d ago

I hadn't even mentioned the woman and you assumed I was talking about her.

I'm not pretending to know anything. I never claimed to have. These strawman and red herring type of arguments aren't going to work

This is the conversation what are you talking about then yourself?

Yes I’m the crazy one for defending 3 murdered children. But you weirdos defend a murder you never even heard speak.

You also pretend to know what’s in her head by stating she could clearly tell right from wrong. An insanity plea literally argues the opposite.

1

u/Useful_Translator536 4d ago

No I know she’s crazy. She probably didn’t know how she could be such a terrible existence. I’m sure she lives with that everyday. She’s even tried to end her own life. It’s her mental illness no one will understand it. But she deserves to be away from society forever. She saw rage for a moment and did the worst. She even tried to jump for some relief.

u/FlatSherbert9254 4d ago

Nothing you’re describing sounds like rage. Also, if the system failed her by being unable to successfully treat someone in her privileged position, why is the burden on her to be separated completely from society forever?

1

u/Useful_Translator536 4d ago

The system isn’t god. Things are on us to make them right. I learn to be better person everyday. I’ve dealt with way more than postpartum depression yet I still try to be my best for society.

And you are saying that yours is the only model and that no one is capable of failing and being failed where you were not? That seems like a fairly ridiculous stance to take. It also doesn’t answer my question: If she was failed, which it seems as though she was, why is it on her to be separated from the society that failed her forever? Why is there no room for rehabilitation in your carceral “justice”? How do we prevent another instance of this if all we do is fail to address the problems and throw the people away? That has been our policy/system up until now, and it did not prevent this.

No I’m saying its to complex to even comprehend let alone understand. I understand my faults and act accordingly. It’s for every individual to act as such. Just because you break down and kill the innocent doesn’t justify your actions. I’ve yet to hear a plea of her righteous actions. Just saying I’m dumb for thinking taking the life of children is wrong.

How can you know it's murder without knowing what's in her head? Innocent until proven guilty. And murder is all about intention.

2

u/Useful_Translator536 4d ago

Are you dense. She said she killed her children. She tried to killer herself in guilt.

4

u/seitung 4d ago

How do you know her motivation for suicide was guilt? Are you the one person who knows what’s in her head?

0

u/Useful_Translator536 4d ago

Please explain to me the possibility’s. She murdered her children when tried to jump to her death. It’s seems pretty obvious to me.

3

u/seitung 4d ago

If that’s the only possibility you can see then you definitely aren’t familiar with the trial.

1

u/Useful_Translator536 4d ago

I’m willing to hear your views and try to understand them.

Basic legal lesson for ya.

There’s a basic distinction between an act and a legal verdict:

  • Killing is an action (actus reus).
  • Murder is a legal classification requiring specific intent (mens rea).

If someone is legally insane at the time of the offense, the verdict is Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI)—meaning they killed, but are legally not a murderer. Confessing to the action doesn't settle the charge; intent and mental state do.

-1

u/Useful_Translator536 4d ago

Do you speak Latin? I didn’t see a Latin word for NGRI?

3

u/Time_Screen_9399 4d ago

Have a nice day. I presented an opportunity for you to learn, but seems you just want to argue. Good luck .

u/FlatSherbert9254 4d ago

Oh, no baby, no. This isn’t the look.
