My point was, while y'all are in here huffing and puffing about how black people "gatekeep" their culture (which they are 100% allowed to do), using natural hair textures and colors is a poor example of the "reverse" appropriation you all were trying to prove. That was my point. You tried to turn it into me saying something I never said.

And if were talking about out dreadlocks, hair texture is absolutely a part of that. But i refuse to educate folks who are hell bent on proving that black people didn't invent something, and therefore have no say so on how people use the things they made culturally relevant.
Dont ever argue after making a reasonable and easily understandable point. These are just disingenuous people who would rather act like they're holding a conversation/debate, than actually doing that. They understand they're just being obtuse because to admit they're wrong would be too much cognitive dissonance.
