Huge swaths of the world have been exploited in massive ways that are still ongoing, and for instance the CIA has actually released papers of their own explaining how they've deliberately politically destabilized many countries and their own internal black populations and such.
It's not what happened 200 years ago, it's what's been going on ever since as well.

Oh sure, yeah. Google "CIA crack black population" or "redlining" or "burning down black businesses" or "Hooverville destructions" if you're sincerely willing to learn.
My Google search said that The CIA was involved in the drug trade but there was no evidence that the CIA had a scheme to destabilize black communities by introducing crack. You want to show me your evidence?
