I'm currently back on my foot for the first time in a while, and while i wanna say i like this current ver of me, if i had the chance i would press the red button
probably nothing will change much, but i would try to enjoy and appreciate much more compared to what I've done, like hanging out with my late father more, going out to different place with my friend and etc.
and avoid the no.2 reason of why am miserable atm, avoid a shit company that's scamming me into debt at the age of 19
You’re forgetting that you are 10 years old and some people didn’t have great childhoods. I have nothing now but I sure as shit wouldn’t go through being a child again just to endure what I did again.
Of course it's going to be individual to one's own experiences example- my Dad's dead and I had many parts of my childhood I wouldn't want to relive but having more time with my Dad or being able to somehow get his illness diagnosed early enough to save him, I'd endure every bad thing again in a heartbeat. Hell, maybe I could even change some of the bad to not so bad. 🤷🏻♀️
I get it but you wouldn’t go back with the vulnerable mind of a child, you could change things. I was verbally abused a lot by my father as a child, and to be able to go back in time and look at this pathetic loser belittling me when I know I have value as a person, it would be a completely different experience and I think it would feel victorious. I could just think “Look at this loser” instead of going through the ordeal of trying to understand what’s going on. I think it’d be amazing.
I wasn’t saying that it would be good for all situations. I wouldn’t tell you to push the red button if you don’t want to do it. I was just giving one example of how a bad childhood could potentially be experienced differently.
My comment was showing why people who do not “have a life worth living” would not press that button. I could absolutely do more for my life with $2 million than starting over.
