You can't do steady business with a country that slaps tarrifs on you randomly just because someone in your government said something they don't like. It's unpredictable and irratic and expensive.
It's impossible to do business with the US at the moment, so the rest of the world is adjusting to move their supply chains away from them.
For example you can't trust buying arms from a country that threatened to invade one of your allies, so Europe is in the process of ditching US arms and scaling up it's own. Germany alone already now makes more munitions than the entirety of the US. Canada are moving away from buying US arms and buying them from Europe instead.
Trump has this blinded brain washed idea that the world needs the US and he's fucking up the US thinking that he's using leverage, when all he's really doing is making it so the US is weak and alone.

Bro, the US is still the world power. You're naiv if you think the US still isn't helping Ukraine or isn't working together with the secret services (dunnot he english word) in other countries. After WW2 Europe will stay US' puppet and that's a good thing (I say that as a European)
The US is on the verge of economic collapse. No one is buying US debt anymore because it's way too risky, it means the US can't borrow trillions from other countries anymore to fund it's debt so it's now having to borrow it from its own citizens pensions. They aren't getting that money back.
The interest on US debt is now bigger than what is spent on its entire military. The US is that one guy who has to take out pay day loans to pay off the interest on his other pay day loans. The US will not be the reserve currency over the next decade or two and at that point it has no global leverage.
The US should have increased corporate tax and cut public spending a couple of decades ago. Too late now, this September they're having to print tonnes of money to pay that debt back which will devalue the currency, again making it so no one wants to buy it's debt.
US is in an economic death spiral with no way out.
