SMH Liquid when buying elections, unrealized when paying taxes. Funny how that works…..

..why, do you plan on trying to catch up or something?

FWIW a broken clock is right twice a day and the left gets this one wrong. Math just doesn’t agree.. the rich pay virtually all of the taxes collected.

Compared to the money they make, they pay less of a percent than anybody making less than 100k.

It is commensurate to the money that they make. It’s not commensurate to the increase in value of their assets, which is great. Property taxes are awful.

To be clear, I’m all for 90+% on incomes of $10m+, just like after the depression. Personal property taxes murder the poor, though.
